Returns and refund policies

Due to COVID-19 We cannot accept returns of any kind. Products can only be replaced or refunds applied via store credit gift card, where applicable.

Graceful Rose Stones wants you to love your products. If you have an issue with an order, you may contact us under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Product Returns
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused condition. To return a product, first contact our store at gracefulrosestones@gmail.com Be sure to have your order number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, YOU are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, please forward a copy and retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so that all parties can track the shipment. Products returned more than ten (10) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all unused or undamaged products returned.

 

Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing gracefulrosestones@gmail.com. 

 

Refunds
Any refunds issued will be issued in STORE CREDIT via gift card . Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.

Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Undeliverable Merchandise
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
